These terms apply to your use of fourstarmedicalcenter.com and to appointments, treatment and pharmacy services booked with Four Star Medical Center, Alahlia Building, Office 123, Al Muwaihat 3, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Four Star Medical Center.

By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us and request appointments. When you use it, please:

• Give accurate details in our forms, so we can reach you and book you correctly.
• Not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

03Medical information on this site

The information on this website, including our articles and videos, is general information. It is not a diagnosis or a replacement for a consultation with a doctor. Always speak to a qualified doctor about your own health.

In an emergency, do not use this website or WhatsApp. Call the ambulance on 998 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

04Appointments and cancellations

• Requests: a booking sent through the website, WhatsApp or phone is a request until reception confirms your slot.
• Walk-ins: we see walk-in patients with the next available doctor, so waiting times can vary.
• Changes: if you cannot attend, please tell reception as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another patient.
• Running late: if you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but we may need to move your appointment.
• What to bring: your Emirates ID and, if you have one, your insurance card.

05Prices, offers and payment

• Prices: prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED). Where a price says "from" or "starting from", the final cost depends on your treatment and is confirmed with you before we begin.
• Offers: offers such as the free dental check-up are available for a limited time and may change or end without notice. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Payment: payment, or your insurance co-payment, is due at the time of your visit unless agreed otherwise.

06Insurance

We work with many UAE insurers. Your cover depends on your own policy. Reception checks your cover before treatment, but the final decision on a claim is made by your insurer.

You are responsible for any amount your insurer does not pay, including co-payments, deductibles and treatments your policy does not cover.

07Pharmacy and deliveries

• Prescription medicines are only supplied against a valid prescription.
• Our pharmacist may decline an order if it is not safe or not allowed under UAE rules.
• Home delivery of repeat prescriptions is available within Ajman. We confirm the price and delivery time with you before sending your order.

08Website content

The text, design, logos, photos and videos on this website belong to Four Star Medical Center or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, change or use them commercially without our written permission.

09Links to other websites

This website links to and shows content from other services, such as Google Maps, YouTube, WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services. Their own terms apply when you use them.

10Our responsibility

We provide this website for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on website content instead of seeking medical advice, or by the website being unavailable.
